Strength and conditioning sessions for 7-9 year old kids. Fun sessions taken by our ProFitness instructor Danny Gregory. Kids are encouraged to push themselves whilst sill having fun. Monthly bleep test to measure improvement
Friday nights, 5-7pm. Ball work, practice games and drills taken by level 1 FA coaches in a safe environment. Coaching staff includes mark Bowler, Stephen Lowe, martin Whitehead and Linda Blair.
Goal Keeper Training every Wednesday 5.30pm to 6.30pm. Drills and fun exercises taken by Level 1 FA Coach Martin Whitehead.
